- Developed a full report for the board of directors describing a plan of action required to upgrade the website (including all technologies involved) from the design it had developed in-house since 1995
- Included cost and time figures, as well as rationale why specific changes were important, and how they impacted the brand of the company
- Also provided overall technology review of hardware, software and security suggestions both on and offline

User Support Specialist

- Managed a team consisting of two part time student employees and myself. - Built an online support wiki for the IT Support Staff for SCS, resulting in training consistency and an updatable reference tool.
- Improved productivity of support staff by building a ghost server for quick imaging of machines, which allowed faster turnaround time and consistency across faculty machines.

Computer Support

- Worked primarily with technologically inexperienced, older faculty and staff, both fixing computer problems and training users.
- Mac Specialist and Blackberry Specialist, in addition to normal PC support, for the IU School of HPER.
- Part of a team that replaced over 200 machines during the summer of 2005.

Blackberry Specialist

- Worked as the first-ever technical specialist in a new initiative to increase sales of Blackberry handheld phone-organizers.
- Accompanied commissioned sales staff on calls, demonstrated implementation of the Blackberry for user-specific purposes, and returned after purchase to train new users.
- Assisted mobile sales team on small and medium size business sales and on-site repair calls as well as direct sales and repairs in Nextel stores.
